Huh? Pearl Jam recently released a new album and the radio stations have been busy selling the new album. What pisses me off is how the plug goes, "Here's the band that changed the face of music."

Like the weather. It's a dreary Tuesday morning. The skies are overcast and so, I feel, is my soul. I hope the heavens make up its mind already: Either have the rain start pouring or let the sun peek out from the think dark clouds.
As for me, I just want to go back to sleep. I was feeling sick yesterday and I don't feel like staying here at the office today. I want to lie down, drown out the whole world, and get some honest to goodness and dreamless sleep. The 10,000 Maniacs song captures what I feel exactly. I can hear Natalie Merchant singing softly behind me.
